不知道叫什么標題的文章

雙眼全神貫注盯著熒幕
右手在滑鼠上操控
不知過了多久
回過神來才發現
自己的左手很忙
忙著抓薯片
不知不覺中已把剛開的胡須先生吃剩三分一了
難怪 自己的身型也向空氣跨越了三分一
事出必有因 最近暴肥 都是這些垃圾食物惹得禍
以前并不喜歡吃零食
只要正餐吃得飽 幾乎都不吃茶點之類的
最近受了室友影響 吃飽飯就想吃些甜的或脆的
喜歡口齒留香的滿足感
在飲食方面很放縱自己
填了很多存貨干糧垃圾等等
不知為何最近懶筋松了
也為自己做些比較像樣的食物
像樣正餐+垃圾零食
不暴肥才怪

面粉粿 這個我想做很久了 一直都懶 終于做成了 味道不錯 有媽媽7層功力

鹵肉面

姜蔥豬肉

鬼佬愛的蘑菇蝦 有點過咸了

烤雞

泰式紅加里雞

一直以來都跟人家說我媽媽煮的加里雞最好吃 我在找尋媽媽的味道

亂來一通的omelette with cherries decoration lol


我愛吃 更愛美
待存貨用完后 
再開始我的減肥計劃
放心 我不會節食減肥
節食是痛苦的 我知道

真的全部都是你的煮的吗?既然看不出你是出得厅堂,入得厨房的女人。。不过。。味道不知可以不可以呢?

hi Tan! sorry for the late reply. Cant tell u the exact amount of ingredients used I afraid coz I didnt measure the ingredients while doing. just approximate. just the mixture of flour and water,knead the dough,(the dough must neither not be sticky-not to stick to ur hand nor too dry). Afterall wrap it with plastic bag or cling firm, put in the fridge and leave for about 20mins, then u can cook it now, to make it dry or soup.I'd prefer to eat it dry ;) the most difficult part is pulling the dough into the small and thin pieces, throw into the boiling water/soup and it got to be quick or else those in the boiling water will be ruined. that need to practise. p.s. I used to add a very little vege oil on the surface of dough then knead it just before cooking. tastes nicer.it is always a match with deep fried shallots and ikan bilis(achovies.
