My Diet

Have you noticed your diet is much likely the same? Repeat the same cookings, eat the same dishes? Especially when you find some new recipes, easy to cook yet delicious to eat. I have set a must-buy list for myself recently, which includes milk, crust-away bread, frankfurthers, ham, grated cheese, spaghetti and chopped tomatoes. Well, I used to hate milk. For health’s sake, I forced myself to drink sometimes. Lately I found a easy way to drink milk. Put a little drinking chocolate into the hot milk, it just tastes as good as Milo. A mug of milk is a daily necessity. Crust-away bread, Frankfurthers, ham and grated cheese are basically for a lazy person like me. I do eat bread but I hate the hard crust. Thanks whoever made up the bread with no crust. Now I can spend a shorter time to finish a slice of bread. I think I have been having ham and cheese sandwiches for nearly a month. I don’t like cheese but the cheese with ham can be accepted. Spaghetti has been my favourite through the years. It has not been changed. The reason to keep the chopped tomatoes cans in the cupboard, of course to make Bolognese sauce.

This is what I had for dinner. With my favourite seafood, and some herbs and grated cheese, it definitely tastes delicious.

Do it the healthy way

I finally managed to cut my lazy root off, doing something good to my lazy body. I know that I am not young anymore; sometimes I do worry about the possibility of wrinkles appearing on my face, my neck and my hands. I do put efforts to apply some skin care product all over my body. Don’t laugh, especially when you’re turning 26. For males, perhaps you don’t even care about the wrinkles, though be always attentive to the getting higher forehead and the going forward stomach. Don’t believe me? It’s okay, just spend a few seconds to stand in front of the mirror, believe your own eyes.

Ginseng chicken soup

If you’re alone at home, getting bored of rice, possibly can just do like what I do. Cook the flour vermicelli with the herbal soup. It tastes as good.
P.S. The vermicelli is salted, so do not put salt unless you like it to be really salty.

Well sometimes I do force myself to be a bit more diligent. Bought some books to fill my shelf. It costs me a bomb, yet it’s definitely worth it. Even though I am not a book-person, somehow I understand the theory of golden house in books. The more you read, the more you gain. That’s unquestionably a true fact.

Nutrition should be applied to both body and spirits. =)

My Valentine

We know that February has long been a month of romance. On14th of February, across the countries, everyone celebrates Valentine’s Day. I apology if you’re not one of them, either me. Anyway, who actually invented Valentine ’s Day? well, if u’re interested, read on. Long long ago, Roman time I think, there was a man named St. Valentine, used to help the Christians prisoners to escape from the torture during the antichrist period. He was arrested and killed on 14th of Feb. One legend says that Valentine fell in love with his jail keeper’s daughter, and left a note which was signed, “Your Valentine”to her when he died. So, people have been doing that since then.

What have I been doing? Been busy. Busy serving the couples, to make sure that they stay happy, happy with our service, happy with the food and all, since they are supposed to be happy. Back home around 2.30am with the roses and cake from the restaurant. Music on, clothes off, camera on, here’s the result.

Do you focus on the sweet?

...or the roses?

Quite enjoy being alone in the room. At least, no one would tell you what to do or what not to do, no one would stare at you when you do something weird, even when you are playing your camera nakedly in the room. Who care about the companion? Happy Valentine’s!

My love will get you home

Most of you may spend a lovely Sunday on bed, I did the same thing. A call alert from my computer actually made me getting my lazy body off the bed. It was my sister, well.. probably someone from home missing me again, I thought. It happens all the time, since I'm so nice. =) Call connected, I was surprised to see my little brother on the screen. He had been avoiding me for quite many times. Don't get it wrong, I'm sure that he still missed me, it just the nagging things probably faded him out. I was really happy that he took the initiative to ring me up. No doubt, he really misses me. =) Even happy when he was making efforts to type to me. To you, it might be something very usual to a 13-year-old boy. To me, he's always a little boy who knows nothing. He's learning to use msn now. I enjoyed watching him on and off the desk to ask my sister about the chinese pinyin. I think he's just too cute by using the tongue-out smilies. It made me being childish again, keep sending winks and emotions to each other. lol Here, let's see how cute my brother is!

Love you bro! Give the biggest kiss to you!
